How seat bundles are delivered
- Seats are credited to your PlayTambola.Live account instantly once your payment is confirmed — usually within a few seconds, shown on the payment confirmation screen and in your seat balance.
- If your bank takes longer to confirm a payment, the order shows as Pending in Transaction history and the seats are credited automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed — normally within minutes and at most within 24 hours.
- A payment receipt / GST tax invoice is emailed to your registered email address and can be downloaded any time from Account → Transaction history.
- Seats can be used immediately to host games with more than 5 players, and never expire.
If something goes wrong
If you were charged but the seats are not in your account after 24 hours, email admin@playtambola.live with your order number. Such cases are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
