This policy applies to seat bundles bought on PlayTambola.Live, a product of Guava Trees Softech Private Limited (“Guava Trees”, “we”, “us”). Payments are processed by our payment partner Cashfree Payments.
1. What you are buying
Seat bundles are a digital hosting allowance. Seats are credited to your account instantly after a successful payment and never expire — unused seats stay in your account for future games. Seats have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
2. Cancellations
Because seats are credited instantly, an order cannot be cancelled once the payment succeeds and the seats are in your account. If you close the payment window before paying, no order is charged and nothing needs to be cancelled.
3. When we refund
Once seats are credited, purchases are non-refundable, except in these cases, where we refund the full amount including GST:
- Charged, but seats not credited — your money was debited but the seats did not reach your account. We normally detect this ourselves and reverse the payment automatically.
- Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Wrong amount charged — you were charged an amount different from the bundle price plus GST shown at checkout.
- Unauthorised transaction — a payment made from your account that you did not authorise, reported promptly and confirmed after our review.
We do not give refunds for unused seats, for a change of mind, or for games that ended early, had fewer players than expected, or were affected by your own internet or device problems.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email admin@playtambola.live within 7 days of the payment with:
- the email address on your PlayTambola.Live account;
- the order number (for example PTL-2026-000042) shown in Transaction history and on your receipt;
- the payment date and amount, and the bank reference / UTR if you have it;
- a short description of the problem.
We will reply within 2 working days.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method (the same UPI account, card, wallet or bank account) through Cashfree. We start the refund within 2 working days of approval; it usually reaches you within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. Any seats from a refunded order are removed from your account.
