These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of PlayTambola.Live — the website and web app at playtambola.live and go.playtambola.live (the “Service”). The Service is owned and operated by Guava Trees Softech Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (GSTIN 23AAJCG1002E1ZF), with its registered office at H.No. 47, Saabri Villa, Lala Lajpat Rai Colony, Bagh Dilkusha, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India – 462023 (“Guava Trees”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account, hosting a game, joining a game or buying seats, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, our Service Delivery Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What PlayTambola.Live is

PlayTambola.Live is a social, entertainment-only tambola (housie) game. A host runs a game on a big screen and players join from their phones using a game code or QR code. The numbers are called by our server, tickets are generated by our server, and wins are detected by our server.

PlayTambola.Live is not a gambling, betting or real-money gaming service. No player pays to join a game, no money is staked, pooled or won through the Service, and the prize names shown in a game (such as Early Five, Top Line or Full House) are recognition labels with no monetary value.

2. Who can use the Service

• You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account, host a game or join a game. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older.
• You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password safe and tell us at once at admin@playtambola.live if you think your account has been misused.
• You may sign in with an email and password or with Google. If you sign in with Google using an email address that already has an account with us, we may link the two so that you can use either method, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Hosting games and seats

• Free games: a game with up to 5 players is free to host.
• Seats: when a game grows beyond 5 players, every player in that game uses one seat from the host’s seat balance. Seats are held while players are in the game, released if a player leaves before the game ends, and used up when the game is completed.
• Seat bundles: hosts can buy seat bundles inside the app. Current bundles (prices exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout):

• Seats never expire. Unused seats stay in your account for future games.
• Seats are a hosting-capacity allowance for the Service only. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, transferred to another account or used outside the Service.
• We may change bundle sizes or prices for future purchases. A change never affects seats you have already bought.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner Cashfree Payments. We issue a receipt / GST tax invoice for every successful purchase.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Rules for hosts and players

You agree not to:

• use the Service, or any game run on it, for gambling, betting, wagering or any activity where money or money’s worth is staked on the outcome;
• collect entry fees, sell tickets for money, or run lotteries or prize schemes through the Service in breach of any law that applies to you;
• use offensive, hateful or misleading game names or display names, or impersonate anyone;
• try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts or our systems;
• use bots, scripts or automation to join games, tap numbers or create accounts;
• use the Service in any way that breaks Indian law or the law of the place you are in.

Hosts are solely responsible for their events, for any real-world rewards they choose to give at their events, and for complying with the laws that apply to those events. Guava Trees is not a party to any arrangement between a host and the people at the host’s event.

5. Your content

Game names and display names you enter remain yours, but you allow us to store and show them in the Service (for example on the host’s big screen, results screens and shared result links) so that the Service can work.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, its software, design, the PlayTambola.Live name and logo, the witty caller lines and all related content belong to Guava Trees Softech Private Limited or its licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You may not copy, resell or create derivative works from it.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Live games depend on internet connections, devices and browsers that we do not control. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. If we discontinue the paid hosting feature permanently, we will tell you in advance and explain how unused seats will be handled.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, that we reasonably believe is used for fraud, gambling or abuse, or where the law requires it. You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy. Seats in an account closed for breaching these Terms are forfeited.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. Guava Trees is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profit or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for seat bundles in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Guava Trees for losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or from an event you host using the Service.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law. Please contact us first — most issues can be sorted out quickly.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above shows when. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
