No. Players open the game in their phone’s web browser by scanning the QR code on the big screen or typing the game code. There is nothing to install.

Yes. At the end of the game the results screen shows the winners of every prize and fun highlights, and players can share a result link.

Up to 200 players per game. The host can set a maximum capacity with presets of 10, 25, 50 or 100 players, a custom number, or the maximum.

Yes. The host chooses how many times each prize can be won. Each extra win happens on a different number.

The server picks every number at random from 1 to 90, so everyone sees the same call. The big screen animates it and speaks it aloud with a witty caller line; players’ phones stay quiet.

Yes. Turn on auto-start and the game begins when the number of players you set have joined. You can also highlight called numbers and choose whether players can mark earlier numbers.

The results screen shows the winners of each prize plus highlights — Fastest Full House, Luckiest Ticket, Most Daubs and Closest Miss.

Yes, any game with up to 5 players is free, with all features. Bigger games use seats from the host’s balance. See pricing.

Only when a game has more than 5 players. When the 6th player joins, the game switches to paid and the whole headcount is counted — for example, 6 players use 6 seats.

Seats are held while players are in the game and released if a player leaves before the game ends. Seats are used only when the game completes.

No. Seats never expire. Unused seats stay in your balance for future games, and one bundle can be used across any number of games.

No. Players join free from their phones. Only the host’s seat balance is used, and seats have no cash value.

Inside the app, through Cashfree Payments — UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. Seats are credited to your balance instantly.

No. Bundle prices exclude GST; 18% GST is added at checkout and a GST tax invoice is emailed to you. Transaction history and PDF receipts are in the app.

Seat purchases are non-refundable once credited, except if you were charged but seats were not credited, charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or for an unauthorised payment — claim within 7 days. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

No. Seats are a hosting allowance only: they have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

Automatically, by the server. As soon as a player’s marks complete a prize, the server records the win and the big screen celebrates it with confetti and a winner spotlight. Nobody needs to shout “Full House!”.

They both win. Everyone who completes a prize on the same called number wins together as co-winners.
