How long does it take to set up tambola for an event?

A few minutes. Create a host account, choose the prizes and capacity, and open the lobby on the big screen. Guests then join themselves by scanning the QR code, so there are no tickets to print or hand out.

How many guests can play in one game?

What do I need at the venue?

How are winners verified at a big event?

Automatically, by the server. Players can only mark numbers that were actually called, and the moment a ticket completes a prize the server records it and the big screen announces it. Players who complete the same prize on the same number are co-winners.
