How do I print tambola tickets?
Choose how many tickets you need, keep “Full sheets of 6” on, press Generate, then Print — or choose “Save as PDF” as the printer to get a PDF.
- 1Pick a number of tickets — one per player, plus a few spares.
- 2Add your event name if you like, and choose 6 or 12 tickets per A4 page.
- 3Press Generate tickets, check the preview, then Print / Save as PDF.
- 4Tick “1–90 host board” to print a board for crossing off numbers as you call them.
What makes a printed tambola ticket valid?
A valid tambola ticket has 3 rows and 9 columns holding 15 numbers — exactly 5 in each row — and each column holds only numbers from its own range (1–9, 10–19 … 80–90), 1 to 3 of them, smallest at the top.
Every ticket this generator makes follows these rules.
What is a full sheet of 6 tambola tickets?
A full sheet is 6 tickets that together hold every number from 1 to 90 exactly once, so every number the caller reads out is on someone’s ticket.
Full sheets are the default here. Hand out tickets from the same sheets and no call is ever wasted.
How do you run a paper tambola game?
Give each player a ticket and a pen, call numbers from 1 to 90 in random order, cross each one off on the host board, and check every claim against the board before awarding a prize.
The rules for all 8 prizes — Early Five, the three Lines, Four Corners, Full House, Pairs and All Zeros — are in our tambola guide.
Printed tickets or an online game?
Printed tickets work well for a small paper game; online, nobody prints anything, the server picks each number you call at random and checks every win, and up to 200 people can play from their phones.
